TestPros is looking for an experienced Program Manager with outstanding managerial and technical skills and whom shares our passion for results and customer success and in return we offer challenging and exciting work environments and competitive compensation packages. The role of the Program Manager on this contract is to lead our Information Assurance efforts on behalf of our government client, and be responsible for day to day operations and technical oversight of the contracted functions. You will be located in Kearneysville, WV.
This position will be focused on scheduling personnel, staffing levels, providing appropriate measurement criteria on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This position will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations are aligned to meet the customer goals and targets and for analyzing statistical data to optimize staffing at all three program locations. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the proper operation of on-site resources including but not limited to the tools used to support the contracted functions. The Program Manager will be responsible for making continuous improvement recommendations to the COR on the operation of the contracted functions. The Program Manager shall have demonstrated experience in IT/Service management, project management and financial systems management.
It is preferred that the Program Manager be PMP certified and have 8 years of equivalent work experience, with direct project management experience in an IT/Service Management environment. It is also preferred that the Program Manager is certified at or above Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II and have a project management background in IT/Service Management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, CMMI, ISO, etc.), and have demonstrated experience in financial systems management.
This position requires full U.S. Citizenship and an active/recent US Government clearance is preferred.
You must have over eight (8) years of experience in IA IT Security, and program management.
