We are seeking a creative, passionate, and professional technical sales professional to be responsible for selling TestPros staffing and related services, develop new accounts and expand existing accounts. This is a commissioned position where you will be rewarded for your success. The individual in this role must be credible based on hands-on staffing sales experience, be highly motivated, and enjoy performing multi-faceted tasks.
You must possess top-notch communication skills in working with hiring managers. Successful candidates will be able to: multi-task; use time management skills to operate well in a deadline oriented environment; proactively anticipate business needs; provide appropriate level of follow-up to hiring managers/department members; work both independently and in team settings. This position requires full U.S. Citizenship. You will work onsite at our offices in Sterling, VA.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will serve as a Technical Staffing Sales Professional to source, qualify and close business with our customers.
Qualifications and Skills
Two (2+) years of IT/Technical Staffing sales experience with prior experience working multiple, time-sensitive requisitions
Advanced skills in sales and marketing utilizing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn and other online media tools, researching competition and industry activity, networking with professional organizations, associations and user groups
Demonstrated success working with hiring managers in assessing position requirement, screening criteria, interview process, and customizing job postings for placement in targeted sourcing, screening and closing the right candidate
